I work in mixed media, using acrylic paints, inks, pens, acrylic spray paints and fabric paints. I create textured surfaces on canvas, wood, card and papers primarily with paint, but I sometimes use other materials to create collaged effects. I am inspired by nature and am driven by colour and interesting shapes and patterns. My paintings are colourful, built up layers with texture and depth. Using a mixture of floral themed imagery and nature I like to bring to life a graceful quality to the painting with elements of fantasy.
