Returns |

No quibble money back guarantee as long as
- You let me know within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the item in the perfect condition in the original packaging within 10 days. Naturally, if the item is faulty I will refund the cost of the postage.
- The security tag has not been removed from the post of earrings for pierced ears or body jewellery. Due to health & safety regulations these cannot normally be returned after they have been tried on. However if the security tag has been removed from the posts I will offer a refund less 20% to cover the cost of replacing the posts.
- If the item has not been personalised in such a way that it cannot be sold without being altered I am afraid that I cannot offer a refund but could offer it for immediate sale again and refund you (minus the design fee) one month after it has been sold.

Exchanges |
- If you change your mind after a week then I would be happy to exchange the item unless it has been personalised. Please return the item and let me know which item you would like to send you in return. If you are not sure, then I will send you a credit note and make sure this is clear in your account, so that if you lose the note the credit is still valid.
- If you choose something of the same value then you have only lost the cost of returning the item to me.
- Of course, if the new item is more expensive I will charge you the difference, and if the item is of a lower value I will refund the difference.

Security |
- I will not give out your details to a third party or send you promotional material without your permission.
- The online payment system is secure. I do not get access to your credit card details.

Refund after one month |
| This allows the new purchaser to look at the piece and decide to keep it, or return it to me when it will then be put up for sale again. |
Repairs |

All items will be sent out in perfect condition and if something breaks within a year of normal use I will
- be mortified
- repair it without charge
- refund the cost of postage that you incurred.
- return it with a voucher for a discount on a future purchase.
However many of the items are delicate and if they are not looked after may scratch or crack. Each will be assessed and repaired (if possible) but the repair may incur a small charge. (I will contact you once I have seen the damage). If you could e-mail me photos of the damaged piece I could quickly let you know whether repair is possible and what it would cost. |
